SEOUL, Jan. 21 (Yonhap) -- K-pop entertainment giant YG Entertainment announced on Tuesday that it will hold a large-scale nationwide audition tour from Feb. 7 to 23.
The auditions will take place in six cities over seven sessions, starting in Gwangju on February 7, followed by Daejeon on the 8th, Jeonju on the 9th, Daegu on the 15th, Busan on the 16th, and Seoul on the 22nd and 23rd.
The auditions are open to all domestic residents born between 2007 and 2014, regardless of gender or nationality. Participants can choose one of four categories: singing, rap, dance, or visuals.
Known for producing iconic K-pop groups such as Big Bang, 2NE1, Blackpink, WINNER, and BABYMONSTER, YG Entertainment is seeking fresh talent with potential and promise.
