SEOUL, Oct. 30 (Yonhap) -- STAYC (Sumin, Sieun, ISA, Seeun, Yoon, J) is set to return to the K-pop scene after just three months with their new single ‘...l’ dropping today at 6 PM KST on various music streaming platforms.

The album title ‘...l’ reflects the frustration of waiting for a reply that never comes, similar to seeing a message typing notification that leaves you hanging. This concept brings out the bittersweet feeling of one-sided love in STAYC's signature playful style, offering a story many fans in their teens and twenties can relate to.

The title track ‘GPT’ features a funky rhythm, chill synth sounds, and a French house vibe. Through witty lyrics, ‘GPT’ draws a clever comparison between a love interest who responds robotically, showing no real interest, and a chatbot. The track encapsulates the feelings of yearning and frustration in STAYC’s unique, charming tone.

Ahead of the release, STAYC unveiled a teaser for the ‘GPT’ music video, which presents a dreamy, kitschy aesthetic that reflects the whimsical essence of unrequited love.

Alongside their comeback, STAYC is planning a pop-up store “ONLY 4 SWITH” in November to celebrate their 4th debut anniversary. They also aim to release a new album in February next year, followed by the opening of their second world tour in Seoul in April, marking a busy and exciting period for the group and their fans.
