SEOUL, Oct. 26 (Yonhap) -- The Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Tourism Organization announced Tuesday that they will hold the second "Taste of Seoul" event from Oct. 29 to Nov. 3.
This year's event will introduce a total of 100 restaurants and bars in Seoul recommended by gourmet experts. More information related to this will be written as a gourmet guide titled '100 Seoul Restaurant & Bar" and distributed to overseas Korean cultural centers and major hotels in Korea.

At 8 p.m. on Oct. 29, the "Seoul Gourmet Travel Live" concert will be held at an outdoor stage in Oil Tank Culture Park at Mapo, Seoul, with music and stories from famous chefs. The concert will also feature singer Kwang-hee and vocal group RabidAnce and can be viewed live on the Visit Seoul YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/visitseoul).
Between Oct. 30-31, a global food market will be held at KOTE, a cultural space in Insa-dong, Seoul, where seasonal ingredients and food from all over the world will be presented.
On Nov. 3, a live cooking class on YouTube will be held with Jeong Kwan, a Buddhist nun and chef of Korean cuisne, on making Korean temple food.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, all events will be held online or small-scaled offline events.
