Actress Ji Ye-eun, dancer Vata confirm relationship

SEOUL, April 13 (Yonhap) -- Actress Ji Ye-eun and dancer Vata are in a romantic relationship, their agencies said Monday.

Ji's agency CP Entertainment said the two, who had been acquaintances, recently developed mutual feelings and are dating.

Vata's agency ARA also confirmed the relationship, saying the couple is maintaining a good relationship with affection for each other.

Both born in 1994, the two are said to have grown close as colleagues in the entertainment industry and later became a couple, sharing a common religious background.

Ji debuted in 2017 with the web drama "How To" and gained recognition through entertainment programs such as "SNL Korea" and "Running Man."

Vata, leader of dance crew We Dem Boyz, rose to prominence after finishing as runner-up on Mnet's "Street Man Fighter" in 2022.
