SEOUL, Jan. 3 (Yonhap) -- Rose of BLACKPINK has achieved an unprecedented milestone, securing the top spot on Hanteo Chart's national charts for 10 consecutive weeks.
Hanteo Chart, the world's only real-time music chart, announced on the morning of January 3rd the Top 30 rankings for the United States, Japan, and China for the fifth week of December 2024 (data collection period: December 23-29, 2024). According to the announcement, Rose topped every category.
In the U.S. category, Rose claimed the No. 1 position with her first solo studio album rosie, achieving a comprehensive score of 12,067.90 points. This marks an extraordinary 10-week streak at the top of Hanteo's U.S. chart. Following her were TWICE's STRATEGY with a score of 10,721.59 points and Stray Kids' 合 (HOP) with 7,383.34 points.
Rose's dominance extended to Japan and China. In the Japan category, rosie secured first place with a comprehensive score of 19,684.12 points, maintaining the top position for five consecutive weeks. TWICE's STRATEGY followed with 7,778.51 points, while TXT's The Name Chapter: SANCTUARY ranked third with 6,574.50 points.
In China, Rose's rosie continued its unbroken 5-week reign across all categories, earning a comprehensive score of 46,822.08 points. Stray Kids' 合 (HOP) claimed the second spot with 22,502.29 points, and TWICE's STRATEGY ranked third with 15,272.46 points.
The Hanteo National Chart utilizes cutting-edge big data collection technology to analyze real-time K-pop data worldwide.
