SEOUL, Apr. 9 (Yonhap) – S. Korean singer John Park will be getting married to a non-celebrity girlfriend he has dated for about a year and plans to hold a private wedding in Seoul on June 12, according to the agency Music Farm on Friday.

John Park said in a handwritten letter, “There is a precious person I met around this time last year who has given me a lot of strength,” adding, “I made a promise to share the future with the person who brought me happiness, and now I am preparing for the wedding with excitement.”

He also mentioned, “It feels like just yesterday that I debuted at the age of 23, but 12 years have already passed by,” adding, “I think this would have been impossible if I didn’t have all the support and love from my fans.”
