SEOUL, Mar. 3 (Yonhap) -- The National Theater of Korea Museum of Performing Arts Museum has announced on Friday that it will open the ‘Byeol Byeol Real Theater,’ an experience center that combines performing arts and media art, on the 7th.

Located inside the Byeoloreum Theater at the National Theater of Korea in Jung-gu, Seoul, “Byeol Byeol Real Theater” is a space where you can enjoy the performing arts contents of the National Theater through media art videos that unfold all over the place at 360 degrees.

From the National Theater Company's play "Forest Fire" in 1962 to the National Changgeuk Company of Korea's "Rabbit’s Eight Sufferings" in 2021, you can see the footsteps of the National Theater for more than 70 years since its opening in 1950. You can also enjoy the performance of "Bardo," a popular repertoire of the National Orchestra of Korea, along with animation videos.

Through augmented reality and motion recognition technology, there will also be a "Byeol Byeol Experience Zone" where visitors can experience on stage.

Visitors are free of charge and can make reservations at the website of the National Theater Performing Arts Museum.
