SEOUL, Sept. 26 (Yonhap) -- CJ Cultural Foundation said Friday it will hold a collaboration performance with professors from the Berklee College of Music at CJ Azit in western Seoul on Oct. 24.

Berklee piano professor John Paul McGee and vocal ensemble professor Kayimi Mase will perform jazz with CJ music scholarship recipients, drummer Kim Tae-hyun and bassist Jeon Chang-min.

The concert will be part of the 75th Jazz Live Club Day, during which audiences can attend 13 different performances across five venues in the Hongdae area with a single ticket.

The foundation will also host a masterclass on Oct. 19, where McGee and Mase will mentor Korean teenagers interested in music.

Separately in Boston, the "K-pop and Beyond" event will feature artists such as Andrew Choi, who sang for the character Jinu of the group Lion Boys in the Netflix animation "K-pop Demon Hunters."
