SEOUL, Nov. 1 (Yonhap) -- Legendary singer Cho Yong-pil has unveiled an extended music video for his title track It's Okay from his 20th studio album, 20, his agency YPC announced on the 1st.
This expanded version incorporates character dialogue, adding depth to the storyline portrayed in the original video, which debuted on September 22.
In the video, actor Lee Som plays the protagonist, who reflects on her life from her hospital bed, with Park Geun-hyung, Jeon Mi-do, and Byun Yo-han cast as her family members.

The original video’s muted dialogue sparked various interpretations, with some viewers on YouTube suggesting that the protagonist, nearing death, is confused between film memories and reality as she recalls moments with her family. Famous scenes from films like The Host, Train to Busan, and Tae Guk Gi are subtly incorporated, drawing attention from fans.
The extended cut now includes dialogue that provides new insight into the story. In one pivotal scene, a nurse asks Lee Som’s character, "Grandma, do you like triangles?" revealing her elderly status. Later, Park Geun-hyung's character reassures her, saying, "It's okay, take your time," as she tries to fit a triangular piece into a square frame, evoking themes of patience and acceptance. The music video was directed by Lee Ju-hyung of Dol Dol Dolphin.
20 marks Cho Yong-pil's first album in 11 years since Hello, featuring seven tracks, including Timing, Instant, and Ra.
The artist will begin his Cho Yong-pil & Great Birth Concert nationwide tour on October 23 at the KSPO Dome in Seoul’s Olympic Park, performing a mix of his classic hits and new songs live.
