SEOUL, April 17 (Yonhap) -- K-pop boy band ASTRO will release a new single titled “Door to Dreams” at 6 p.m. on April 19 in remembrance of their late member Moonbin, who passed away in 2023, the group's agency Fantagio said Wednesday.
The commemorative track features a wide range of artists who were close to Moonbin or wished to pay tribute to him.
Contributors include members of ASTRO, VIVIZ, MONSTA X’s Minhyuk, Kihyun, and I.M, SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi, Wonwoo, Mingyu, Dokyeom, and Seungkwan, as well as Hello Gloom, Rocky, Choi Yoojung, Kim Doyeon, SF9’s Chani, Stray Kids’ Bang Chan, and Moonbin’s younger sister Moon Sua of girl group Billlie.
The artists came together in hopes that the song would offer comfort and serve as a heartfelt gift to fans who continue to remember and cherish Moonbin.
The song will be released on April 19, which marks the second anniversary of Moonbin’s passing.
