SEOUL, Aug. 26 (Yonhap) -- Veteran singer Kim Gun-mo will return to the music scene with a nationwide concert tour, his agency Istar Media Company said Tuesday.
The tour, titled "Kim Gun Mo.," will begin Sept. 27 at the KBS Hall in Busan before moving to Daegu on Oct. 18, Daejeon on Dec. 20, and Seoul in January. Additional dates will be announced later.
This marks Kim’s first official activity in six years since 2019, when he was embroiled in sexual assault allegations. The singer, known for hits such as "Excuses" and "Wrongful Encounter," halted all activities following the accusations but was cleared of charges in 2021.
The agency said, "Although Kim has been away from the stage, those close to him say he never let go of music for even a moment. His music continued during the hiatus."
