[K-Geography] Drying Pollock for 'hwangtae'

Alaska pollock are hung on wooden frames to dry in Yongdae Village in Inje, about 165 kilometers northeast of Seoul, on Jan. 24, 2022. Dried pollack, called "hwangtae" in Korean, are a time-honored favorite food of Koreans and usually sold in March after months of drying in cold weather. (Yonhap)
