SEOUL, March 13 (Yonhap) -- South Korean beauty giant Amorepacific said it has launched its shopping platform app “Amore Mall” on ChatGPT.
The move marks the first time a beauty company in South Korea has introduced an app on ChatGPT, allowing users worldwide to explore and compare Amorepacific products during conversations on the platform.
The app recommends products tailored to users’ skin types, concerns and purposes, while also offering conversational features to compare ingredients, benefits and prices.
Amorepacific said the new service is part of its “AI-first” strategy and that it plans to gradually expand the app’s functions, including payment and delivery integration.
