SEOUL, June 18 (Yonhap) -- “If our journey as Hearts2Hearts began with ‘The Chase,’ we hope this year will be about truly creating a path of our own.” (Jiu)

Rookie girl group Hearts2Hearts, who debuted in February with the dreamy single "The Chase," is showing off a contrasting charm with their new single "STYLE."

Hearts2Hearts shared on Wednesday through their agency SM Entertainment, “We’ll be presenting a concept completely different from our debut track,” adding, “We want to bring bright energy and strength through 'STYLE.'”

Set to be released at 6 p.m. that day, "STYLE" is an uptempo dance track that layers lively vocals over a bouncy rhythm and bass.

The song carries the message: “Just as I love your style just the way it is, you’ll fall in love with Hearts2Hearts' unique style too.”

Yuha described the track as “a song that captures Hearts2Hearts’ bright charm and fits perfectly with summer,” adding, “You’ll be able to hear our cheerful vocals.”

Ian added, “It’s a track with lovely lyrics and a bubbly vibe that makes it stand out.”

Having won a rookie award after debut and performed at the SMTOWN concert, Hearts2Hearts expressed a growing sense of responsibility to deliver better performances. The members also shared their goal of showcasing their unique group identity through their stages.

Aina said, “Since this is our first comeback after debut, we’ve thought a lot about how to create an even better performance and prepared really hard,” adding, “We believe a lot of people will enjoy it.”

So Ji-sub’s Blood-Soaked Action Series "The Square" Tops Netflix Non-English TV Rankings

The gritty action series "The Square," starring So Ji-sub, topped Netflix’s list of most-watched non-English TV shows last week.

According to Netflix’s official site TUDUM’s “Netflix Top 10” rankings for the week of June 9–15, "The Square" recorded 7.6 million views (calculated by dividing watch time by total runtime), ranking it #1 among non-English TV shows.

"The Square" took the top spot in countries across Asia, including South Korea, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Pakistan, Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam.

Based on the webtoon of the same name, the series follows Nam Gi-jun (played by So Ji-sub), who returns to the criminal underworld to seek revenge for his brother, unleashing brutal violence along the way.

This marks So Ji-sub’s first appearance in an OTT (over-the-top) production, and the cast also includes top actors like Heo Joon-ho, Cha Seung-won, Gong Myung, Choo Young-woo, and Lee Jun-hyuk, drawing significant attention.

During the same period, the food-themed romance drama "Your Flavor," starring Kang Ha-neul and Go Min-si, ranked third, while "Unknown Seoul," featuring Park Bo-young in a dual role, came in sixth.
