SEOUL December 2 (Yonhap) -- “2022 Christmas” which is a carol project of planned collaboratively between Naver and Nonprofit Organization Naver Foundation has been released for free in order to celebrate the end of the year, addressed Naver on Friday.
“2022 Christmas” is a collaborative project between Lee Su-hyun, LE SSERAFIM’s Yunjin, Sunwoo Jung-a, PH-1 and Sunmin, and more in total of 8 team of artists will show their own unique remake of the popular carols. Nave and Naver Foundation will be supporting the production cost of the cds to live performance videos.
Eight of the tracks included within the project albums have been released as single albums, and they can be heard through Naver’s audio service VIBE until December 25 for free.
Naver will be providing all the profit made by the streaming of project tracks to artists, number of streaming done through VIBE during the free streaming duration will be accounted by Naver.
Moreover, Naver released a video of “2022 Christmas On Stage” where artists perform their 8 unique and various Christmas tracks along with the band and well decorated background.
“This project is meaningful in a sense that new upcoming artist have participated,” adding “I hope everyone has a great Christmas listening to remake carols provided by NAVER.” addressed project leader Lee Tae-hoon of Naver Music Service.
