OH MY GIRL Celebrates 10th Anniversary with Special Single ‘Oh My’

SEOUL, April 9 (Yonhap) — K-pop girl group OH MY GIRL is marking its 10th debut anniversary with the release of a new special single titled “Oh My”, set to drop at 6 p.m. Wednesday, their agency said. 

The track captures the group’s decade-long journey and heartfelt gratitude toward their fandom, Miracle,according to the group’s agency, WM Entertainment. Blending rhythmic bass with future electronic instrumentation, the song features a familiar melody and rap that evoke OH MY GIRL’s signature sound.

The subtle nods to the group’s past hit songs are woven throughout the track, offering fans a nostalgic listening experience. Lyricist Seo Ji-eum, a longtime collaborator of the group, penned the lyrics, while member Mimi contributed to the rap section.

The accompanying music video features the members throwing a party to celebrate a special day with a special friend, mirroring the theme of heartfelt celebration.

This marks OH MY GIRL’s first new release in seven months, following their 10th mini album Dreamy Resonance in August last year.

To commemorate the release, the group will host a live broadcast via fan platform Weverse at 5 p.m. on Thursday. They will also hold a 10th-anniversary solo concert on April 19–20 at Olympic Hall in Seoul Olympic Park.
