SEOUL, April. 28 (Yonhap) -- Singer Lee Seung-chul is to hold a national tour concert "Retro Night" in 20 cities, including Chuncheon, Jeonju, Busan, Daejeon, Seoul and Daegu, starting with Changwon on June 17.
