SEOUL, March 24 (Yonhap) -- K-pop singer Kim Gun-mo has wrapped up his nationwide tour in Seoul, marking his return to the stage after six years, organizers said Tuesday.

According to concert producer Istar Media Company, Kim concluded his tour “KIM GUN MO.” with a performance at Jamsil Indoor Stadium on Saturday.

The tour, which began in September last year and ran for six months, marked his first major activity since 2019. The Seoul concert sold out all 6,000 seats.

Kim opened the show with his hit songs “Excuse” and his debut track “A Sleepless Night… Rain Falls,” performing a total of 27 songs over nearly two hours and 50 minutes. The audience responded with sing-alongs and cheers, especially during well-known hits such as “Wrongful Encounter.”

Singer Hong Kyung-min and actor Lee Seo-hwan appeared as guest performers.

Actress Kang Boo-ja, who attended the concert, said, “He belongs on stage. I can’t even imagine what he has gone through, but now that he is back where he belongs, I hope he continues to share great music.”

After the encore, Kim said, “Rather than a comeback, I will approach this as a debut, preparing a new album and gradually returning to your side,” expressing gratitude to fans for their long wait.

He concluded the show by bowing deeply to the audience and performing “I Love You” as a final farewell.

Kim’s tour began in Busan last September and continued through Daegu, Suwon, Daejeon, Incheon, Changwon and Seoul.
