Pre-orders of TXT fourth mini album 'minisode 2: Thursday's child' surpasses 1.44 million

SEOUL, May 1 (Yonhap) -- Big Hit Music announced on the 30th that the pre-orders for Tomorrow x Together (TXT) fourth mini album “minisode 2: Thursday’s Child,” which will be released on May 9th have exceeded 1.44 million.

The pre-orders for this group exceeded 816,000 copies in six days of pre-order, and 1,447,000 sales in fifteen days. This is more than double the 700,000 pre-orders for the 2nd regular album released in May last year.

“Tomorrow x Together will be able to achieve a single album million-seller for the first time since their debut,” said Big Hit Music.

Tomorrow x Together’s new mini album is a story before moving on to the next series following their previous works, “The Dream Chapter,” and “The Chaos Chapter.” It deals with the complex emotions of a boy after experiencing their first break up.

Tomorrow x Together will be holding their first world tour in July.
