SEOUL, May 8 (Yonhap) -- SEOUL, May 8 (Yonhap) — YooA and Arin of K-pop girl group Oh My Girl will part ways with their longtime agency, WM Entertainment, after 10 years, the agency said Thursday. However, they will continue to promote as members of the group.
In a statement, WM Entertainment announced that members Hyojung, Mimi, Seunghee, and Yubin have renewed their contracts with the agency, following an initial renewal in 2022.
"Hyojung, Mimi, Seunghee, and Yubin have once again agreed to renew their contracts based on the deep trust we've built over the past decade," the agency said. "We are very pleased to extend our special relationship with these Oh My Girl members."
While YooA and Arin have concluded their exclusive contracts with WM, both plan to remain active in Oh My Girl's group activities, the agency added.
Oh My Girl debuted in 2015 with the single “CUPID” and gained popularity with hits such as “Secret Garden,” “Nonstop,” “Dolphin,” and “Dun Dun Dance.”
