Members of BTS, BLACKPINK Maintain Strong Presence on U.S. Billboard Charts

SEOUL, March 5 (Yonhap) -- K-pop’s biggest stars, BTS and BLACKPINK, continue to achieve long-term success on the U.S. Billboard main charts, both as groups and solo artists.

 

According to the latest chart released on Tuesday (local time), BLACKPINK’s Rose has secured a spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for the 19th consecutive week with her global hit APT., climbing one spot to No. 6.

Meanwhile, BTS’s Jimin saw a major jump with his solo album’s title track Who, rising 11 places to No. 33, marking its 31st week on the chart.

 

BLACKPINK’s Jennie made her debut on the Hot 100 at No. 75 with ExtraL, a collaboration with American rapper Doechii. Additionally, BTS’s J-Hope featured on Don Toliver’s LV Bag, which entered the chart at No. 83.

K-pop stars also performed well on the Billboard 200 album chart.


Rose’s solo debut album rosie ranked No. 35, while Jimin’s second solo album MUSE landed at No. 123. Stray Kids’ HOP secured the No. 141 spot.
