Massive trainee doctors' walkout enters its 3rd week

A notice announcing the temporary closure of a public health center from March 11-April 5, 2024 is affixed to its entrance in Nonsan, 152 kilometers south of Seoul, as its doctor was dispatched to a hospital earlier in the day, amid a collective action nationwide by more than 11,000 trainee doctors in its third week. Public health and military doctors commenced deployment to hospitals on the same day, in response to the ongoing medical crisis. (Yonhap)
