Officials locate the epicenter of a 4.5 magnitude earthquake at the Korea Meteorological Administration in Seoul on May 15, 2023. The temblor took place in waters 59 kilometers northeast of Donghae, 182 km east of Seoul, at 6:27 a.m. the same day. (Yonhap)
