Seoul city to introduce all-inclusive monthly transit pass
Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon gives a briefing at Seoul City Hall on Sept. 11, 2023, announcing that his government will launch an all-inclusive monthly transit pass in the second half of next year, to offer unlimited access to the city's subway, bus and bicycle-sharing services at a fixed price of 65,000 won (US$48.70). The pass, named Climate Card, is designed to help relieve increasing living costs and encourage the use of public transportation so as to cut greenhouse gas emissions. (Yonhap)
