Airport bustles with outbound holiday tourists

The departure lobby is crowded with outbound travelers at Incheon airport, west of Seoul, on Jan. 22, 2025, one week ahead of the holiday of Seol, or the Lunar New Year. The number of outbound tourists using six international airports nationwide is expected to reach 1.34 million during the Jan. 24-Feb. 2 period, according to Incheon International Airport Corp.
