Stabbing rampage suspect sent to prosecutors
Choi Won-jong, a 22-year-old man under arrest for a stabbing rampage, is escorted out of a police station in the city of Seongnam, south of Seoul, on Aug. 10, 2023, as he is sent to prosecutors on charges of murder and attempted murder. Choi was served an arrest warrant on Aug. 5 for the rampage near a department store in the city's Bundang district on Aug. 3 that left one woman dead and 13 others wounded. (Yonhap)
