Building for Joseon Dynasty's crown prices restored
Tourists wearing the traditional Korean costume "hanbok" look around Gyejodang at Gyeongbok Palace in Seoul on Sept. 20, 2023, as the building was made public after six years of restoration work. Gyejodang was originally constructed in 1443 as the office for crown prices during the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910) and completely demolished by Japan around 1910 after it had colonized Korea. (Yonhap)
