Honoring late Austrian nun

People pay respect at an altar set up at the Korean Nursing Association in Seoul for the late Austrian nun Margaret Pissarek on Oct. 4, 2023. Pissarek, called "Angel of Sorok Island," died at 88 on Sept. 30. She came to South Korea in 1966 and helped leprosy patients on the southwestern island, which serves as a colony for people with leprosy, for more than 40 years. (Yonhap)
