Briefing on China's alleged repatriation of N.K. defectors

Unification Ministry spokesperson Koo Byoung-sam gives a press briefing at the government complex in Seoul on Oct. 13, 2023, saying, "It seems to be true that many North Korean residents in three northeastern Chinese provinces have been repatriated."
