Trainee doctors' walkout

A lecture room at a medical school in Gyeonggi Province remains empty due to the collective application of leave of absence, despite the semester beginning earlier in the month, amid an ongoing walkout nationwide, now in its third week, by more than 11,000 trainee doctors in protest against the government's plan to increase the number of medical students.(Yonhap)
