Remembering victims of Sewol ferry disaster

Bereaved family members of the Sewol ferry victims and related officials move to get on a boat in the southwestern port city of Mokpo on April 9, 2023, for a memorial service on the ninth anniversary of the April 16 deadly sinking. The 6,800-ton Sewol ferry sank off the country's southwestern coast, killing 304 people, mostly high school students on a school excursion to Jeju.
