Lawmaker to hear verdict for trial over alleged embezzlement

Youn Mee-hyang, an independent lawmaker and former head of an advocacy group for the victims of the Japanese military's sexual slavery during World War II, arrives at the Seoul High Court in the capital city on Sept. 20, 2023, to hear the verdict for her trial over allegations of embezzling funds donated to help support the victims.
