Ruling party-gov't meeting over 'jeonse' scams

A meeting between the ruling People Power Party and the government takes place over vicious "jeonse" fraud at the National Assembly in Seoul on April 20, 2023. Jeonse is the country's unique housing rental system, under which tenants pay a large lump-sum deposit, known as key money, to the landlord, which is then returned at the end of the rental agreement.
