SEOUL, May 7 (Yonhap) -- Min Hee-jin, the CEO of ADOR, has filed for an injunction in court to prevent Hybe from exercising its voting rights on her dismissal proposal at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting.

On the 7th, Min revealed that she filed for an injunction to prohibit the exercise of voting rights against Hybe at the Seoul Central District Court.

Previously, Hybe applied for permission to convene an extraordinary general meeting focusing on the dismissal proposal against Min.

Min's side has announced plans to hold a board meeting on the 10th and convene an extraordinary general meeting by the end of this month.

However, Min's side argues that "Hybe's application for an extraordinary general meeting on the dismissal proposal of Min Hee-jin, who also serves as a director, violates the shareholder agreement."

Min explained that she filed for an injunction to prohibit the exercise of voting rights by Hybe regarding her dismissal proposal of Min. Hybe has insisted the move as a protective measure for pre-emptive rights based on shareholder agreements.

Min, on the other, refuted Hybe's stance, stating, "Hybe's embezzlement allegations against me are groundless... I filed for an injunction to prohibit the exercise of voting rights to protect the artists under ADOR and ADOR's corporate value."
