Actress Kim Soo-mi Halts Activities Due to Fatigue, Hospitalized

SEOUL, May 31 (Yonhap) -- Actor Kim Soo-mi (73) has been hospitalized due to accumulated fatigue and will temporarily suspend her activities.

According to sources in the entertainment industry on the 31st, Kim Soo-mi received a medical examination and was admitted to Hanyang University Hospital in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, this afternoon.

It has been reported that Kim Soo-mi's overlapping commitments in theater and television led to her fatigue, and she was advised to take a break for the time being.

Until May 26th, Kim Soo-mi was performing in the musical "Mother," playing the lead role of Bong-ran. She is also appearing on the currently airing tvN Story variety show "Chairman's People."
