LOS ANGELES, Nov. 27 (Yonhap) -- K-pop supergroup BTS' fandom--known as ARMY--has started its huge march toward Los Angeles (LA) a day before BTS' live in-person concert.
On Nov. 26 (U.S. time), various social media platforms, including Twitter, was flooded with a series of posts written by fans saying that they have arrived in LA or on their way to watch BTS' concert at SoFi Stadium in California.
BTS fan club ARMY is gathering in LA using the sky road and land route.
"BTS Permission To Dance On Stage - LA" will be the septet's first live in-person concerts since 2019, when the group performed in Seoul.
As a result, the expectations and excitement of BTS fans have grown more than ever.
The series of concerts will be held a total of four times on Nov. 27 and 28 and Dec. 1 and 2.
While the SoFi Stadium is expected to have 70,000 seats, considering the number of fans seated in the separate cheering area, there will be more than 300,000 fans gathered to see BTS.
On social media, a photo of a vehicle with a license plate of New Mexico owned by BTS fans became a hot topic.
On the car's back window, the phrase "Honk If You're BTS Army" was written in big letters and the person who posted the photo also wished the rest of BTS' fans would have a safe trip to LA.
"Hawaii people freeze if it's below 70F (21 degrees Celsius), so I made a Borahae scarf! BTS and ARMY, I'll see you soon!," one Twitter user with an ID called BZLZ808.
