SEOUL, July 29 (Yonhap) -- MBC new Friday-Saturday drama “Big Mouth,” which exposes true color of privileged class to protect family will air.

Lim Yoon-A who took the lead role of “Big Mouth” said, “I will be able to show new sides of me as this is my first time playing for Noir genre,” at online production presentation, which was held before the first episode on Friday at 9:50 P.M. to air

“Big Mouth” tells the story of a third-class lawyer Park Chang-ho (Lee Jong-suk) with a winning rate of 10% gets caught up in an accidental case and is named as Big Mouse, a genius con artist.

Lim Yoon-A playing Go Mi-ho, a nurse who struggles to clear her husband's accusation, said, “Go Mi-ho is wise, active, and hard-working,” adding, “I hope Miho's image of outward appearance can be reflected well, so its image can be reminiscent of me.”

She also said, “It was difficult to control emotional feelings as Mi-ho always hide her feelings and only shed tears when she is alone.”

Lee Jong-suk who played Go Mi-ho’s husband said “I hurt my legs as Park Chang-ho was a difficult character and there were many difficult scenes,” adding, “It was difficult to delicately act out a character who is on the verge on death.”

Lee Jong-suk, who had a three-year hiatus after the 2019 drama “Romance is a Bonus Book,” said, “I am very nervous to come back after a long time,” adding, “I challenged myself to try new work as I believed in the director, who I respect and is close friend of mine.”

Producer Oh Choong-hwan has produced popular romance works such as “While You Were Sleeping,” in which Lee Jong-suk played the lead role, “Hotel Del Luna,” “Doctors,” and “Startup.”

Producer Oh said, “Because it was a new genre, I thought a lot about shooting, lighting, and editing methods,” adding, “ I tried to make high quality work while still keeping my favorite tone.”

He continued, “The actors worked hard because there were many scenes that were hard to act out and express emotionally,” adding, “But they all did great works.”

In the drama, other than Park Chang-ho and Go Mi-ho, characters with their own ambitions appear, creating a tense confrontation.

Kim Joo-heon, who plays Choi Do-ha, a former prosecutor who wants to become president, said, “It will feel like watching a circus like one riding a single rope, one throwing a commendation, and another training a lion.”

Yang Kyung-won, who played the role of Gong Ji-hoon, the president of Woojung Ilbo and keeps Choi Do-ha in check, said, “The director was considerate of the actors and let us act the way we want, so I felt a sense of responsibility,” adding “He was always smiling, so although it was difficult, I was extremely happy while filming.”
