SEOUL, Sept. 12 (Yonhap) -- SEVENTEEN member Jeonghan will begin his mandatory military alternative service on the 26th of this month.
On September 12, his agency Pledis Entertainment announced via the fan community Weverse that Jeonghan will be fulfilling his military duties starting on the 26th. As a result, he will be unable to participate in the promotions for SEVENTEEN's upcoming 12th mini album and the group's world tour. However, fans will still be able to connect with him through pre-recorded content.
There will be no special event on the day of his enlistment or at the training center, and the agency requested that fans refrain from visiting his workplace during his alternative service. Pledis added, "We ask for your love and support for Jeonghan as he completes his duties and returns in good health."
SEVENTEEN is scheduled to begin promotions for their new mini album and world tour next month.
