SEOUL, Nov. 9 (Yonhap) -- South Korean singer Kim Jun-su, popularly known as one of the original members of K-pop boy group TVXQ, will leave C-JeS Entertainment.
C-JeS Entertainment, which had represented Kim over the past 12 years, announced that as of Nov. 9, management work for Kim has ended.
The singer started his relationship with C-JeS Entertainment in 2009 as a member of boy group JYJ. In addition to group activities, Kim has been actively engaged in solo activities and musicals.
"Our company has spent various heartwarming moments with Kim Jun-su for more than a decade," C-JeS Entertainment said. "We are so happy to have been part of Kim Jun-su's journey of achieving meaningful results as a singer in world tours and succeeding in many performances as a musical actor."
"Kim Jun-su will continue his activities independently in the future," the agency added. "Although Kim Jun-su's management work has come to an end, we will continue to support and cooperate with the singer."
