SEOUL, Sept.22 (Yonhap) -- BTS' RM has appeared at U.S. exhibtion of Ink-and-wash painting master Park Dae-sung.
According to Gyeongju EXPO Grand Park on Wednesday, BTS member RM uploaded photo of himself looking at master Park's works displayed in Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) on Tuesday.
Works captured in the photo are "Woo-gong-too-yang-do" and "Cheong-san-baek-woon."
Painter Park's exhibition at LACMA, which began in July 17, will be continued until Dec. 21.
RM has previously visited Painter Park's exhibition at Solgeo Art Museum inside Gyeongju EXPO Grand Park and uploaded photo of himself on social media Instagram last Feb.
Gyeongju Solgeo Art Museum has created photo zone of BTS RM in front of the painting "Geumnyupokpo," which was in the photo RM uploaded.
The museum also attracted audiences by putting foot-shaped stickers on the floor, naming it "Watching paintings with BTS RM."
RM has also visited Park's exhibition at Seoul Insa Art Center last Aug. and uploaded photos of paintings on the official twitter account of BTS
The artist is known to be an art lover who goes to art museums all around the world and uploads photos.
RM is an art influencer, who even has an art museum tour named after him among BTS fans.
Painter Park Dae-sung, known as the master of ink-and-wash painting, has won various awards such as Okgwan Order of Culture Merit in 2020, Moonshin Art award, and Geumbok culture award.
Gyeongju EXPO Grand Park C.E.O Ryu Hee-rim said, 'I am thankful that Gyeongjoo Solgeo Art Museum also became well known after BTS' RM showed big interest in the works of painter Park Dae-sung," adding, "I hope this becomes an opportunity to spread Korean painting to the world."
