SEOUL, July 30 (Yonhap) -- The original soundtrack (OST) from the Netflix animated film "K-Pop Demon Hunters" continues its remarkable momentum on the Billboard Hot 100, landing eight songs on the chart for a third consecutive week.

According to the latest chart released on July 29 (local time), the song "Golden" by the film’s fictional girl group Huntrix soared to No. 2, marking a significant leap from its debut at No. 81 earlier this month. With just one spot remaining to reach the top, "Golden" has emerged as a breakout hit.

A total of eight tracks from the OST made it onto the Hot 100, including "Your Idol" by rival boy group Saja Boys at No. 12, and "How It’s Done" by Huntrix at No. 19. Saja Boys’ "Soda Pop" followed closely at No. 21.

The duet "Free" by Huntrix’s Lumi and Saja Boys’ Jinwoo landed at No. 30, while Huntrix’s "What It Sounds Like" ranked No. 31.

Two versions of "Takedown" also charted: the Huntrix rendition reached No. 39, and a cover by TWICE members Jeongyeon, Jihyo, and Chaeyoung placed at No. 76.

All eight songs saw upward movement from the previous week, underscoring the sustained global popularity of "K-Pop Demon Hunters", which tells the story of Huntrix protecting the human world from demonic threats. Since its release on June 20, the film has topped Netflix’s global film rankings.

On the Billboard 200 albums chart, the "K-Pop Demon Hunters" OST climbed two spots to No. 3.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK’s Rosé and pop star Bruno Mars maintained their long-running success with their duet "APT.", holding steady at No. 35 and marking its 40th consecutive week on the chart.

BLACKPINK’s new single "JUMP" placed at No. 53 for the second consecutive week.

TWICE also made a notable entry with "STRATEGY" debuting at No. 92 on the Hot 100.

In the Billboard 200 album chart, BTS debuted at No. 10 with their live album "Permission to Dance on Stage Live", marking their eighth top-10 appearance — the most for any Korean artist. The group also swept the top 10 positions on the World Digital Song Sales chart with tracks from the same album.

TWICE’s studio album "THIS IS FOR" ranked No. 25, while "F1: The Album", the soundtrack to the film "F1: The Movie" featuring Rosé’s song "Messy", came in at No. 32.

Korean-American girl group CatsEye entered at No. 48 with "Beautiful Chaos", and ATEEZ’s mini album "GOLDEN HOUR: Part.3" charted at No. 68.
