SEOUL, Aug. 26 (Yonhap) -- Seventy teams of musicians from 12 countries around the world will release hopeful songs that delivers the message of overcoming the pandemic.
Record label Sound Republica announced Thursday that it will release "Again the Wind," the main theme song of its global music project "Together In Hope" to overcome the novel coronavirus.
"Again the Wind" is a pop genre song with a hopeful message of overcoming the challenging winds of COVID-19.
Korean artists such as Ailee, K-pop co-ed group Kard's BM, and former Ulala Session member Park Kwang-sun as well as foreign artists from the U.S., Japan, Italy, Ireland, Israel and Romania participated in singing the song.
"The grand harmony created when all the musicians sing as one, will give strength to people around the world who are going through a difficult time," the producer and composer for "Again with Wind" Mad Soul Child said.
The profits raised from the song will be delivered to In Place of War, a global charity that organized "Together In Hope" with Sound Republica, and will be used to supply vaccines for COVID-19 and treat patients in underdeveloped countries.
