SEOUL, April 22 (Yonhap) -- K-pop girl group Aespa will unveil their first full-length album titled 'Armageddon' on April 27, announced their agency SM Entertainment on April 22.
This upcoming album marks Aespa's first full-length release in four years, encapsulating Aespa's unique concept and identity.
SM Entertainment described the album as "filled with Aespa's deepened musical world and messages," further elaborating that it encompasses the narrative of the 'Aespa Universe 2.0,' expanding beyond the realms of the real and digital worlds into a multi-dimensional universe.
Since their debut in 2020 with 'Black Mamba,' Aespa has led the girl group trend with consecutive hits like 'Next Level,' 'Savage,' and 'Spicy.'
Ahead of the album's release, Aespa will unveil one of the double title tracks, 'Supernova,' on May 13. The full album will be released on April 27, accompanied by another title track, 'Armageddon.'
The upcoming full-length album comprises a diverse range of 10 tracks, including powerful hip-hop, bright and lively dance songs, rhythmic modern pop, and ballads alongside the two title tracks.
