SEOUL March 13 (Yonhap) -- K-pop boy group BLACK6IX’s member Kim Hyun-jae also known as The King who was caught up with accusations regarding school violence has stepped away from the JTBC Idol survival program “PEAK TIME.”
“The accusation surrounding Kim Hyun-jae is not something that can be solved immediately, therefore we have decided to let Kim Hyun-jae go from the program.” addressed Producer of “Peak Time” on Monday.
Kim Hyun-jae who is from the K-pop boy group “BLACK6IX” attracted a lot of attention from the audiences throughout “Peak Time.”
However, an anonymous post regarding a school bullying which the artist was part of surfaced through an online community, which led the artist to be under the spotlight.
Artist Kim Hyun-jae is currently denying all the accusation regarding school bullying. According to the artist personal social media account, Kim Hyun-jae stated “I have not hurt anybody in the past,” adding “I will do my best to prove that I am innocent on behalf of those who are suffering due to false accusation.”
