Busan International Rock Festival casts Lee Mu-jin·BIBI·Crying Nut

SEOUL, Sep. 17 (Yonhap) -- The final line-up for the 2021 Busan International Rock Festival to be held in Samrak Ecological Park on Oct. 2 is been unveiled Friday.


There are 13 teams in total with 10 South Korean teams and 3 foreign teams that play various genres including funk rock, modern rock, electronic and ambient pop.

Crying Nut, Lee Mu-jin, Glen Check, BIBI, George, Say Sue Me and Daldam will appear as the South Korean line-up.

Videos of DICKPUNKS, Moon Sujin and Hathaw9y performing at Busan’s famous spots will be revealed on the day of the festival.

Cigarette After Sex, an American dream-pop band with sensibility, Cosmo’s Midnight, Australian twins Electronica musician and American indie rock band Hippo Campus are the foreign badns to take part in the festival.

The foreign bands’ performances will be pre-recorded in their countries and will be aired online on the day.

“As it is a festival carried on and offline, we have prepared a popular line-up in a wide range of genres and enjoyable by various ages,” said an official of Busan City.
