Virtual idol group Plave sets new first-week sales record

SEOUL, Nov. 17 (Yonhap) -- Virtual idol group Plave has become a million-seller with its second single "PLBBUU", which recorded 1.09 million copies in sales as of Sunday, its agency Blast said on Monday.

Released on Nov. 10, "PLBBUU" sold about 1,095,600 copies in its first week on the Hanteo Chart, marking the highest first-week sales among all Plave albums to date.

The single features three tracks: the title song "BBUU!", "Hide-and-Seek", and "Balsunga".

The group will hold an Asia tour encore concert titled "DASH: Quantum Leap" on Nov. 21–22 at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul.
