SEOUL, Apr. 13 (Yonhap) --Jeongseon county, Gangwon Province is operating a double-decker tour bus, Wawa Jeongseon from the 16th.

Using the KTX Gangneung line and getting off at the Jinbu station, this is a program where people will be able to tour major tourist attractions including the Arirang Market and the Donggang River where the natural ecosystem is still intact.

There are two courses, namely Wellness and Arirang.

In the wellness course, one will be able to look down on the topography of the Korean Peninsula from the "U-Shaped" glass observatory from the Ari Hills Resort Skywalk and also experience the Donggang River.

Meanwhile, in the Arirang course, one will be able to see various cultures of the Jeongseon county including Arari Village, where it reenacts the housing culture of the Joseon Dynasty period around the Jeongseon county, Arirang Museum and the original musical called Ari arari.

All of these courses, however, will stop by the representative brand of tourism in Jeongseon county, Arirang market, a wellness tourist destination recommended by the Korea Tourism Organization, Park Roche Resort and the Romigian garden along with the place well-known in social media, the Najeon station.

"With the addition of the Donggang Drive course, it has been upgraded to the wellness tourism city tour" said Choi Seung-Jun, County Headman of the Jeongseon county. "We will do our best to operate so that one will be able to heal both the body and the mind in their daily lives as much as they are exhausted from the COVID-19 pandemic."
