SEOUL April 15 (Yonhap) -- Female K-pop singer Park Bo-ram's agency, Xanadu Entertainment, announced on Monday that the autopsy conducted earlier in the day confirmed no traces of foul play or extreme measures in the sudden passing of the singer on April 11th.
The funeral for the deceased will be held at Room 21 of the Seoul Asan Hospital Funeral Hall at 3 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
The agency stated, "The exact autopsy results will be conveyed to the bereaved family later," and urged, "We ask for warm wishes for the deceased to rest in peace in a place where she can comfortably pursue her dreams, as she never let go of her passion for music."
Park Bo-ram gained attention for her exceptional singing ability and confidence when she appeared on the Mnet audition program 'Superstar K2' in 2010.
She officially debuted in 2014 with the song 'Beautiful,' which reached 19th place on the Melon annual chart, gaining significant popularity.
She continued her steady activities with songs like 'Beautiful,' 'Celepretty' 'Why You?' and 'Will Be Fine.'
Celebrating her 10th debut anniversary this year, Park Boram released the duet 'I Hope' with the winner of 'Superstar K2,' Huh Gak, in February, and unveiled the new song 'I Miss You' on the 3rd of this month.
