SEOUL, July 31 (Yonhap) -- Jin of BTS is set to debut in his first solo variety show since his debut.
BigHit Music announced on the 31st that Jin's variety show 'RunJin' will premiere on August 13.
'RunJin' will feature Jin taking on various challenges with the mindset of "doing anything" to reciprocate the love of ARMY (BTS's fandom). In the teaser video posted on BTS's official YouTube channel, Jin expresses his enthusiasm, stating, "If ARMY are happy, what’s the problem with a little hard work?" The video also shows Jin’s humorous reaction upon learning that he would be climbing Hallasan Mountain in the first episode.
Jin has previously demonstrated his variety show talents on SBS's 'Running Man' and YouTube programs hosted by Park Myung-soo and Lee Young-ji.
New episodes of 'RunJin' will be released every Tuesday at 9 PM on the fan community platform Weverse. One hour later, the episodes will also be available on BTS's official YouTube channel.
