SEOUL, Oct. 22 (Yonhap) -- Globally popular K-pop group BTS has decided to set up an electronic display board for the cheering area outside the concert venue for its offline Los Angeles (LA) concert held in two years.
The electric board is for all the ARMY, BTS' global fandom, who were not able to secure concert tickets. Although it is not possible to enter the concert venue, fans will be able to cheer together and feel a sense of unity on the spot.
According to the music industry, BTS' agency Big Hit Music will hold "BTS Permission to Dance on Stage - Live Play in LA."
This event allows people to watch live performances of BTS right outside the concert halls through a seperate large electronic display board. A total of four performances will be broadcast live between Nov. 27-28 as well as Dec. 1-2 at SoFi Stadium with a large screen installed on YouTube Theater.
"Fans will be able to watch the performance with the rest of the ARMYs gathered inside the concert venue as we control the official BTS light stick 'Army Bomb.' We will prepare various offline participation programs before the broadcast begins," Big Hit Music said.
Big Hit Music will present random photo cards and hold photo zones for fans to enjoy.
The agency also plans to give priority to fans who failed to get tickets during the membership pre-sale ticketing period, in participating the live stream event.
"All the LA concert tickets have been sold out," an official from Big Hit Music said.
Before traveling to LA, the seven-piece act will meet with fans living in Korea first, through its "BTS Permission To Dance On Stage" concert on Oct. 24.
